B&B Asesores is participating as a partner in the LIFE NextFumigreen Project, which has a total budget of €2,758,921.01, co-funded at 60% through the LIFE Programme. The project commenced on December 1st, 2022, and will run for a duration of 54 months, concluding on May 31st, 2027.
The LIFE NextFUMIGREEN project aims to assess the effectiveness of an innovative fumigant plant protection product, developed from active ingredients of natural origin, in safeguarding the most representative greenhouse crops.
Led by the Spanish company FumiHogar, the project involves the collaboration of five additional partners: Fundación para las Tecnologías auxiliares de la Agricultura (TECNOVA); Fundación Finnova; B&B Asesores Auditores Ambientales; Comercial Quimica Masso, and BrioAgro Tech
The LIFE NextFUMIGREEN project also anticipates additional benefits, such as enhancing food safety by ensuring residue-free produce, as well as generating positive impacts on biodiversity and contributing to the fight against climate change.
